12th Whangamarino wetland open day. Witness the unveiling of a new sign to celebrate one of our Ramsar sites and learn about the Arawai Kakariki (Green Pathway) project to enhance several of our most significant wetlands. Te Kauwhata Domain. See attached invitation.
13th Rotorua Botanical Society, Carmichael Reserve-Bethlehem Valley, Tauranga. Field trip to view this reserve with salt marsh, freshwater ponds and extensive revegetation of former paddocks.
